First Steps
The points of entry to working with the NL Film Industry are:
PANL - The Producers Association of NL – provides contact information to connect to
production companies in the province, as well as this toolkit!
NL Film Development Corporation – administers the Film and Television Equity
Fund and Tax Credit and provides information on the local industry and NL as a shooting location.
NIFCO - the Newfoundland Independent Filmmakers Co-op – often the first phone call – provides a wide range of assistance, information and services to filmmakers working on the smallest to the largest scale productions.
