Based on this success, the company is currently developing its first feature with Halifax based NE Films. LJH Films is open to any type of collaboration on any genre of film. At present, it specializes in stories related to Arctic culture, history and exploration; NL culture history and contemporary social issues; and the connections between Scandinavian countries, Iceland, Greenland, Arctic Canada and NL. Exploring indigenous topics on film is also a mandate of this company. It also offers the service of assessing period feature film scripts for historical accuracy and the respectful portrayal of aboriginal people.
